Current Collections: Cold Weather Shelter

We have so much to be thankful for.  However, some of our fellow Fredericktonians struggle each day to find enough to eat, to keep warm and to have a bed to sleep in.  Frederick County has a homeless population of 280 and the Cold Weather Shelter’s 80 beds are distributed on a first-come, first-served basis.  In addition to shelter, they try to provide for other needs.  Check out our flyer to see what NCJW Frederick Section is collecting to help.
